1/7 Bissick Bridge
GV II
Road bridge over stream leading to Tresillian River. Early-mid C19. Stone with WI
or L and dated 18 something, but too weathered to read in centre of south wall.
Shale rubble and dressed granite. Double span of segmental arches which spring
from bank piers and granite ashlar central pier with pointed cutwaters. Granite
voussoirs with projecting key blocks. Original granite coping to south parapet
with later coping of reused granite to north parapet when wall was lowered. South
wall adjoins Oddfellows Hall at east end.
