Small lobby-entrance house, C17, with C20 extension. Timber-framed, weather- boarded, roof thatched. 3 bays including chimney bay, aligned NW-SE, at right angles to road. Single storey with attics. SW elevation. 2 C20 casement windows, C20 thatched porch, 2 C20 casement windows in eyebrow dormers. Little framing exposed internally. Brickwork of chimney stack much altered, but mantel beam original. The 1½ storey lean-to extension along the whole of the NE side is of C20 design, dominant from that side but not visible from SW. Internally, the effect is wholly C20.
