Details
ST AGNES ROSEMUNDY, SW 75 SW 4/201 Rosemundy Villa - GV II
House. Circa mid-late C19. Roughly coursed faced killas rubble with granite dressings. Dry Delabole slate roof with projecting eaves. Brick chimneys over the side walls. Cast-iron ogee gutters. Plan: T-shaped plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall leading to projecting stair hall; axial passage behind right-hand room; possibly a shallow service room behind other room. Exterior: 2 storeys. Unaltered elevations. Original doors and windows. Symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway. Panelled door with 2 tall round-arched panels, overlight, 12-pane hornless sashes. Interior not inspected.
