ST AGNES BARKLA SHOP SW 75 SW 4/125 Trevenys - GV II
Small house. Probably C18 extended in the C20. Painted rubble walls timber lintels over the openings. Steep thatched roof. Brick chimney over C20 rebuilt external stack at the right-hand end. Plan: Original house is a 2-room plan with probably a lobby entrance between the rooms. Right-hand room, probably the original kitchen/living room has probable stair or pantry projection at the rear. C20 extension on the left. Exterior: 2 storeys. Original house has nearly symmetrical 2-window south front with doorway central to fenestration. Old door with 2 vertical panels. C20 12-pane 2-light casements. Original openings. Interior: Not inspected.
