SW 73 NE PERRANARWORTHAL COVE HILL, (west side), Perranarworthal 3/330 Nos 2, 3 and 4 (Goonvrea Terrace)

GV II

3 cottages in terrace. Circa early C19. Coursed shale walls granite dressings. Scantle slate roof with brick chimney over gable end, right, and over party wall between Nos 2 and 3, plus chimney behind each beside service rooms. Plan of 2 pairs of originally single-cell cottages with paired entrances to middle of each pair. Left-hand cottage, No 1, too altered to be included. All with later heated outshuts for back kitchens with chambers over partly in roof space. 2 storeys. Regular overall 3-window front, each cottage with ground floor window and window over and doorways grouped to middle. Left-hand one of group No 2 is paired with No 1 which is not included. Original 6-panel doors, each with top 4 panes later glazed. All original 16-pane hornless sashes. Interiors not inspected. An attractive terrace of 3 cottages, unaltered since the C19 and in a group with other listed buildings.
