GV II
House. Early C19. Grouted Serpentine and elvan rubble with granite dressings. Three quarter hipped grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimney over either side. Double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms, the larger room to left, cross passage between leading to central stair between slightly shallower rear service rooms. Two storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window north front with doorway and window over, right of middle. Doorway with 6-panel door within C20 glazed conservatory/porch. Original 16-pane hornless sashes. Interior, partly inspected, appears to be little altered since the C19; original joinery including dog-leg stair; chimney piece in right hand room replaced.
