5/35 2 monuments to the Bayly family - about 8 metres north of the Church of St Swithin GV II

2 chest tombs, early C18, 1 commemorating John Bayly, buried 1691 and Margaret Bayly died 1704; the second commemorating Daniel Bayly, died 1760. Chest tomb commemorating Margaret and John Bayly is freestone rubble with slate lid and inscribed border and verse. The chest tomb commemorating Daniel Bayly is freestone with some brick repair and stone inscribed lid.
