ST KEVERNE SW 72 SW 2/103 Shippon and Horse Engine (Whim) House to south-east of Rosuick Farmhouse GV II Outbuildings originally shippon with granary over. Horse whim house to rear. Circa early C19. Rubble stone with granite lintels and dressings. Hipped scantle slate roof. L-shaped plan formed by short wing projecting on right. 2 storeys. Shippon doorways on ground floor with wide doorwaythrough in centre. Loading doors and windows on first floor. Brick ventilation holes in triangular patterns. Polygonal open-sided whim house to rear with slate roof supported on square granite monolith piers. To left of whim house, stone steps up to loft. Included for group value.
