3/209 Boscrege Cottage including front
garden wall and gate piers
GV II
Small house in small terrace and including the front garden walls. Circa early C19.
Granite rubble with dressed granite quoins, jambstones, sills and lintels. Grouted
scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable end (party wall, left).
2 room plan with lobby and stair between the rooms, later C19 single-storey lean-tos
at rear.
2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 windows south-east front with central doorway.
Original 4 panel door with round-headed top panels and original 12-pane hornless
sashes.
Interior not inspected but not modernised.
Rubble wall surround rectangular garden to the front with dressed granite monolithic
gate piers flanking a central entrance.
