Small house. C18. Granite moorstone rubble with partly dressed granite quoins and
lintels, slate sills. Steep corrugated iron roof (formerly thatched) with stone
rubble chimney over left hand gable end and brick chimney over right hand gable end.
Plan: small hall/kitchen left, very small parlour, right, both heated from gable end
stacks; cross or through passage between, shallow service rooms behind later lean-
tos.
Two storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south road front with fenestration grouped
slightly to the right and doorway right of middle of the fenestration. 4-panel door
with glazed top panels, C20 glazed conservatory/porch and circa early or mid-c20, 4-
pane 2-light casements.
Interior not inspected.
One of a group of houses in a row, this house being one of the older ones and
essentially little altered.
