Outbuilding used as store. Circa late C19, possibly contemporary with restoration of
Church of St Catherine (qv). Possibly by Silvanus Trevail, the architect who
restored the church.
Ashlar granite with much reused dressed granite from church. Slate roof with gable
ends and slate barge boards.
Plan: Rectangular plan with entrance in west gable end.
Exterior: single storey. Reset dressed granite; several crosses including the
emblems of the Knights Hospitallers on the north side which faces the Church of St
Catherine. Reused granite wheelhead cross as finial on west gable end and Latin
cross on east gable end. Entrance in west gable end with reused granite segmental
arch with deep hollow chamfered arch and chamfered jambs.
Interior: not accessible.
