II
House. Formerly house and attached outbuilding. C18 with C20 addition. Probably cob, partly whitewashed and rendered, front hung with thick slates. Slate roof with brick chimneys, right gable end stack set-off to the rear. Single depth 2 room plan with rear outshut. Attached stable at left end with loft above and hipped gable, left now part of house accommodation. Rear outshut heightened into flat-roofed, 2-storey extension at rear left. 2-storey, 2-window range with small, irregularly-spaced 2-light casements with glazing bars set in deep slate-hung reveals. Enclosed, gabled porch central to ground floor windows. Attached outbuilding set back slightly from plane of house and rendered and whitewashed, with 2-light casement above stable doorway with plank. Ground floor room right has widely-spaced floor beams.
