CAMBORNE RESKADINNICK SW 64 SW 4/83 Stable block and office approx. 20 metres north-west of Reskadinnick House GV II
Stable block and estate office, now stores. Probably early C19, altered. Uncoursed granite rubble with quoins, slate roof. L-plan formed by long range on north-south axis with office attached at west side of south end. Two storeys and approx. 5 bays; the centre has a wide full-height rectangular patch of concrete blocks (suggesting the position of a former wagon entrance), with a stable door at ground floor and a window above; next to this on the left is a symmetrical section with a stable door flanked by windows at ground floor and a window flanked by 2 tiers of pigeon holes at 1st floor (further left are garage doors and a doorway with windows above); to the right of the centre are 2 stable doors with windows above (1st floor windows vertically above stable doors are probably replacements of former loading doors). The office wing has a doorway in the angleand a 12-pane sashed window to the left. Hipped roof, ridge chimney to office.
