GV II

Farmhouse and garden walls to front. Probably mid C19. Stone rubble, hung with rag slates on front elevation and with corrugated asbestos on left hand side. Slate roof with hipped ends. Plan: Double depth plan with entrance slightly to right of centre. Two principal rooms on front, the larger room on left with large kitchen to rear left and dairy rear right. Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical 3-window front with the window disposed slightly to the right. Plank door to right of centre flanked by C19 tripatite sash on left and C19 4-pane sash on right. Three C19 4-pane sashes on first floor. Rear elevation faces onto churchyard of Church of St Nicholas, Tresmeer (qv) and is particularly unspoilt and forms part of an unaltered group. Garden walls to front of house. Circa mid C19 stone rubble walls with slate string and rounded top. Interior: Not inspected.
