House, 1830 (datestone). Snecked local slate stone rubble. Rag slate roof with
half hipped ends and brick end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with entrance in right hand side elevation. 2 reception
rooms to front heated by end stacks, with service rooms to rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with dressed stone segmental arches
and key blocks to ground and first floor openings. 2 original C19 hornless 12-pane
sashes flank central niche in rounded headed arched opening. 2similar sashes
above flank a blind window opening with datestone and sundial. Lean-to C20 glazed
conservatory porch to right side elevation.
Interior: Not inspected.
