II
Farmhouse, now private house. Circa early C18, possibly earlier origins. Rendered
and painted stone rubble and cob. Steeply pitched rag slate roof with hipped ends
and brick end stack on right.
Plan: 2 room and cross or through passage plan, heated by end stacks. C20 extension
added across rear, probably on site of earlier, circa mid or late C18 service rooms.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front. Central panelled circa C19
entrance door with rendered C20 lean-to porch with slate roof. Circa C20 wide 2-
light casements on ground floor. 3 circa C19 2-light casements on first floor with
timber lintels and slate cills. C20 garage added on left hand gable end.
Interior: Not accessible. An interior inspection may reveal several of the original
features such as panelling and chimney-pieces.
