House. Circa late C18. Stone rubble. Rag slate roof with gable ends. Brick end
stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan. Entrance near centre. 2 front rooms heated by end stacks
with entrance directly into left hand room. Small lobby to rear with back door
almost opposite entrance; dairy to rear left, dog-leg stair and back kitchen to rear
right.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Almost symmetrical 3 window front with C20 glazed conservatory
across ground floor. 2 original 16-pane hornless sashes on ground floor and 2 C20
casements on first. Original stair window to rear.
Interior: Complete internal fittings with several raised and fielded panelled doors,
slate flag floors, timber plank and muntin dividing screens and late C18 or early C19
dog-leg stair with stick balusters.
