2. Mid/late C19 house. Dressed granite. Slurried slate roof with gable ends. Wide eaves. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows, sashes without glazing bars. External stone stairs to central doorway, rectangular fanlight, simple iron railings, basement, door underneath. Included for group value.
Bay View forms a group with Gwylan House and No 8 Wesley Square.
