Slurried slate roof with hipped end. 2 storeys. 3 windows irregular, workshop later sashes without glazing bars, No 6 modern casements with glazing bard. 2 doorways, No 6 modern door. Right end elevation has external granite steps to 1st floor modern glazed porch. Included for group value.
Portland House. Trelawny, Mr Gartrell's Workshop, No 6 and Mr Grenfell's Workshop form a group together with Wharf House on the Wharf.
