2. Built 1758. A very good small mansion. Granite ashlar. Modillion eaves cornice, chamfered quoins, stringcourse. East front - 2 storeys and basement. 3 windows, centre breaks forward with pediment containing lunette. Sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway with Tuscan 3/4 columns and entablature, semi-circular fanlight containing carriage lamp, fielded panel door. Steps to doorway with iron railings. The slate mansard roof is a later alteration. Good interior. Dining room, panelled, doorcases, fireplace, Drawing room C18 wallpaper, fireplace. Staircase, Tuscan column newels, but plain balusters.
