2. C18/early C19. Situated behind North Cliff. 2 ranges. South block, rubbleand part plastered, 3 storeys, slate roof, south side plastered and jettied over ground floor, 8 windows, casements, partly open ground floor, North side rubble, steps to 1st floor doors, with simple iron railings. The North block, largely weatherboarded, slate roofs, 2 storeys, 2 and 4 windows, casements, ground floor originally open with crude granite piers but now filled in with windows and doors.
No 1 (Waterbury), Nos 2 and 3, Noah's Ark Studio. North Studio, Fishing Gear Store, Nos 1 and 2 Porthenys Flats, Worths Studio, Owl's nest, Porthennis Flats, Nos 1 and 2 Tregenza Studios shall be amended to read No 1 (Waterbury), Nos 2 and 3, Noah's Ark Studio, North Studio, Fishing Gear Store, Nos 1 and 2 Porth Enys Flats, Worths Studio, Owl's Nest, Porth Enys Flats, Nos 1 and 2 Tregenza Studios (also known as 1 and 2 Tregenza Flats).
