2. Early C19. Granite rubble with stucco front. Three storeys. Two second floor sashes with glazing bars. Tall fist floor segmental bay with turned brackets to cornice, glazing bars. Large shop front with fluted Ionic pilasters and cornice. Slate hipped roof.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
