C18 granite ashlar. Two storeys. Three windows. Ground floor windows and entrance, semi-circular arched recesses. Sashes with glazing bars. Above each of the first floor windows there is a low rectangular recess, perhaps originally second floor windows. Panelled door with fanlight. Moulded eaves cornice and parapet. Segmental-arched attic windows have been replaced by modern flat headed ones. Hipped slate roof.
