GV II
House. Circa late C18 or early C19. Slate stone rubble with ashlar quoins on first
floor. Slate roof with gable ends and brick stacks with further brick stack to rear
outshot on left.
Probably 2 room and cross passage plan with outshot possibly added to rear of left
hand room in circa early C19 and further outshot extension on right hand gable end in
circa late C19.
2 storeys. Regular 3:1 window front with ground sloping down to left. Ground floor
openings with dressed stone flat arches and first floor openings with timber lintels.
C20 6 over 12-pane sash on left, central part glazed C20 door and C20 12-pane sash to
right. First floor with three 12-pane sashes. 2 storey lean-to outshot on right
hand gable end with plank door on ground floor and 2-light casement on first.
Interior several cloam ovens in lean-to outshot on right hand gable end; probably
once used as a bake house.
