GRAMPOUND FORE STREET (north side), Grampound SW 9248-9348 WITH CREED 7/48 House immediately east of Bonython (formerly listed as one of 5 10.2.67 cottages including Broadhurst between Dunn's Stores and the Knithen)

GV II

House. Early C19 with few C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Slurried scantle slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with brick shafts. Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance; each room of equal size, heated from a gable end stack. Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 2-window front. Ground floor has central C20 glazed door. C19 16-pane sash to right and left. First floor has C19 2-light 8-pane casement with L hinges to right and left. The sides abuts the adjoining houses. Interior: Not inspected.
