Details
LOSTWITHIEL QUEEN STREET, Lostwithiel SX 15 NW No 7 10/134 - GV II
House, with shop at ground floor. Circa 1780, with C19 and later alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends and brick gable end stack to left. Probably originally central entrance to double depth plan; the ground floor was altered circa mid C19, with a shop at ground floor and an entrance to right leading to a passage for access to the under floors. 3 storeys and 2 windows, ground floor has wide bay broken forward for shop front, with 2 large 6-pane shop windows and central half-glazed door, plain fascia board over; 6-panelled door withoverlight to right. Symmetrical first and 2nd floors; first floor two 12-pane sashes, 2nd floor has three 9-pane sashes. Interior Not inspected.
