Pair of attached houses. Early C19 with mid C19 and C20 alterations. Rubble,
rendered. No 2 with asbestos slate roof with gable ends and brick ridge stack, No 3
with slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends, gable end brick stack.
The pair are in an L-plan, with No 2 to left and No 3 at right angles to front right.
No 2 formerly 2 houses, with end entry to each, single depth and 3-room plan. No 3
of single depth with rear outshut, 2-room plan, with larger room to right of off-
centre entrance.
No 2 of 2 storeys, 3 windows, end bay broken forward to left with C20 door and 2-
light casement above, to right, two 4-pane sashes at ground floor and first floor,
and C20 door to right. Ridge stack heats room to right.
No 3 taller, of 2 storeys, 3 windows, 16-pane sashes at first floor and 20-pane
sashes at ground floor, all in exposed boxes, 4-panelled door with hood off-centre to
left. The right side of No 3 is splayed back, with C20 window at ground floor; rear
outshut has C20 door with 6-pane light over; 2 flat-roofed dormers, each with 4-pane
sash.
