Farmhouse and adjoining barn. Late C17 with C20 alterations. Whitewashed
rendered walls under graduated greenslate roof with C19 and C20 brick chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with former byre to left under common roof and lower
barn to right. Plank door in chamfered-surround cross-passage entrance.
2-light, chamfered stone-mullioned windows and 2 small ground-floor chamfered
fire windows. Casement window over entrance in C19 painted stone surround. C20
window in former byre. Barn has slit vents on 2 levels. Plank doors and loft
doors to rear. Interior has stone architrave under Tudor-arched doorway from
cross passage. Stone heck partition and fire beam. End room right has beamed
ceiling. Chamfered-surround doorway from cross passage into byre.
