II
House and cottage, now one dwelling. Late C18/early C19, possibly with older
core. Coursed, squared rubble with hammer-dressed quoins on plinth. Graduated
slate roof with outshut to rear; projecting stone chimney at front, between
house and cottage. 2 storeys. 3-bay house to left symmetrical with central
part-glazed door in doorcase; single bay former cottage to right. 16-pane
sashes in stone surrounds; 2-light mullioned window in north return.
