ROCHESTER ST MARGARET ' S TQ 7468 SW STREET 9/213 No 10 (The Coopers Arms) 24-10-50 GV II Public house. C17 (or earlier), with C18, C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-framed, the end walls weatherboarded, the front plastered; Kent-tile gable-end roof. Plan: now 2 parallel ranges forming double-depth plan with a single-storey rear wing to Love Lane. 2 storeys and attic. Front: 2 window range; jettied 1st floor. 16-pane sashes to both floors, the 2 to ground horned. Centre half-glazed door and another to extreme left. The roof is sprocketed over eaves. Left return with large brick and stack to rear range, and a lateral stack to the rear wing which also has 3 sash windows. Interior not fully inspected.
