GV II

Semi-detached house. Late C17, rebuilt late C18. Limestone ashlar front with dressed limestone returns, tiled roof with gable end brick stacks and coped verges. Two-storey, 3-window. Central 6- panelled door in moulded architrave with flat stone hood on consoles, either side are plate glass sashes. First floor has central 4-pane sash in moulded architrave with keystone with 12- pane sash either side. Moulded stone eaves cornice, attic has two hipped dormers with 2-light casements. Rear has 12-pane sashes and moulded eaves cornice as front. Interior has chamfered beams with runout stops, 4-panelled doors with H-L hinges, reeded fireplace surround with paterae and segmental-headed cupboard with keystone, imposts and shaped shelves in room to right of entrance. Stairs have two turned balusters to tread, moulded handrail. Cellar.
