GV II

Detached cottage. C17. Painted dressed limestone, thatched roof with half hip to left and hip to right, axial brick stack. Baffle entry plan. Single storey and attic, 2 windows. Planked door with thatched porch on posts to left of centre, 3-light casement to left, large C19 two-light casement and smaller 2-light casement to right. Two eyebrow dormers with 2-light and 3-light casements. Left return has 3-light casement and 2-light casement in blocked doorway, two 2-light casements to first floor. Rear has C20 two- storey and single-storey extensions. Interior not accessible at time of survey (February 1986) but said to have open fireplace and chamfered beams.
