LOSTWITHIEL THE PARADE, Lostwithiel SX 15 NW 10/119 Bridge House - 18.10.49 GV II

House. Mid C18, with C19 and later alterations and additins. Slatestone rubble, asbestos slate-hung at first floor to front and right side, with brick dressings and granite quoins at ground floor. Slurried slate hipped roof with brick stack to left side of ridge. Double depth plan with central entrance and principal room to front right and left; C19 addition along rear of one storey and attic for service rooms and single storey C20 addition to left side. 2 storeys, symmetrical 3 window front, at first floor all 12-pane sashes in exposed boxes; ground floor has central glazed door in C20 glazed porch, with 12-pane sash with sidelights and cambered head in brick surround to right and left. Single storey C20 rendered addition to left side with 2 windows and door. Right side has outshut along rear, of one storey and attic. Interior Not inspected.
