Farmhouse. Mid and late C17 for the Bell family (coat-of-arms over entrance). Painted rendered walls with eaves cornice and V-jointed quoins. Welsh slate roof with coped gables and stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with rear extension, is late C17, with lower 3-bay earlier house to right. Left portion has top-glazed 6-panel door in bolection architrave under swan-neck pediment enclosing carved stone coat-of-arms. Cross-mullioned windows, that on ground floor right with C20 French window but partly in original surround. Right portion has C20 door in chamfered surround under hoodmould. C20 ground floor steel casement windows with original small chamfered-surround windows above. Rear has door and windows in C19 surrounds. Single-storey right-angled extension to front right has stone slate roof. Chamfered-surround doorway and flanking C20 windows.
