Details
BROADWOODKELLY SS 60 NW Pattiland Farmhouse 2/25 II Small farmhouse. Circa late C17. Rendered cob walls. Thatched roof, hipped to left end, gabled to right. Rendered brick stack at right gable end, rebuilt in late C20. Plan: 2 room plan with central passage. Kitchen/living room to the right heated by gable end stack. Unheated service room to the left. C19 leanto added at rear and left-hand end. left-hand 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front of C20 2 and 3 light casements, the right-hand ground floor window is without glazing bars. C20 plank door at centre. 019 lean-to against left-hand end has plank door at front. C19 outshut at rear. Interior: Right-hand room has substantial roughly chamfered cross beam and exposed joists. Open fireplace which has been plastered over, oven in left-hand side.
