2. C15 wealden hall house, extensively altered in C16. Timber-framed and weatherboarded. Red plain tile roof. Two storeys. Former crosswings oversailed, but original jetties remain. Jettied extension to south. Four window range C19 casements. C16 red brick chimney stack with 4 diagonal shafts. (RCHM 3).
