Crosswing, C16, altered in early C19, extended in C20, now 2 cottages. Timber framed, roughcast rendered, roofed with machine pressed tiles. 2 storey building of 2 bays aligned approx. E-W, C16, probably the crosswing of a house of which the remainder has been demolished. Partitioned across the middle to form 2 cottages, external chimney stack built at each end, early C19. single- storey lean-to extension with slate roof at each end, c.1900. Parallel range to the N of the same length as the crosswing with extensions, 2 storeys with flat roof, C20. Single-storey lean-to extension at fill corner. S elevation, ground floor, 6 C20 casement windows, 2 plain boarded doors. No apertures above. Roof half-hipped at W, gabled at E. Jowled storey posts, stop-chamfered beams, joists of horizontal section, clasped purlin roof with curved wind bracing.
