MOULTON BELL LANE TF 32 SE (west side)
9/90 No.2 3.3.86 G.V. II
House. 1702, late C19, C20. Rendered brick. Concrete tiled roof with rendered gable stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bay front with remnants of C19 quoins and high C18 plinth. Central doorway, plain doorcase and plank door. Plaque above inscribed: 'JB 1702'. 2 plain sashes to the right, a single plain sash to the left. 5 smaller plain sashes above. All the windows with segmental heads, margin lights and raised keystones. Interior with enclosed central winder stair and chamfered spine beams. Single storey C20 kitchen outshut to right is not of special interest.
