5/71 Pear Tree Cottage 30-11-66 (formerly listed as Cottage G.V. II occupied by Mr L Hobson)
Cottage. Late cl7 with minor C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble, raised brick coped gables, 3 gable stacks, steeply pitched pantiled roof. 3 bay single storey front with garret and single bay single storey block to left. Off centre 6 panelled door with to left a 2 light casement and beyond a further 2 light casement. To right of door a 3 light casement. All openings have timber lintels. Interior has a chamfered beam with splayed stops.
