MASHAM PARK STREET (west side) No 28 (Prospect House) and No 30 (Oaklands)

(Formerly listed as Nos 26 and 28 (The Poplars))

GV II Pair of houses. Late C18. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays each with rear outshut. Plinth, quoins. Each has central 4-panel door (No 30: c1980) with overlight in plain stone surrounds. All windows have plain stone surrounds. Windows to ground and first floor are sashes. Second floor: No 30 has 6-pane sashes, No 28 has 4-pane side-sliding sashes. Shaped kneelers, stone coping. End stacks and one to ridge between houses.
