2. Early C19 range. Nos 40 and 41 being of 2 storeys and Nos 42 and 43 being of 3 storeys. All brick except for No 42 which is ashlar. Appears as a range of houses because of similar details. Pedimented doorcases to each with semi- circular radiating fanlights, only that to No 41 glazed. Fluted pilasters, 6-fielded panelled doors. No 40 has 2 sloped dormers. Windows have stone flat arches, no glazing bars. Rendered plinth. No 41 has 2 windows, one blocked, flush frames, glazing bars. Windows to No 42 have stone flat arches with keystone. No 43 has passage door to right. Windows on ground and 1st floors have keystone. Fielded panelled shutters to all ground floor windows, except No 4l.
