Dated 1816. Three storeys in ashlar. Welsh slate roof. Basement. Five double-hung sash windows, some-glazing bars. Doorways approached by steps. Nos. 2 and 5 retain the original curved pedimented doorhoods with carved modillions. No. 5 has blocked radiating panels. Door of No. 2 has six fielded panels. No. 3 has modern door. No 4 has door of six fielded panels. Passage through to left of centre with plaque over inscribed: "Prospect Place Erected by Gideon Smales ADMDCCCXVI". NMR.
Nos 1 to 10 (consec) form a group.
