Early C19 origin. Painted brick, Pantile roof, hipped to right. 3 storeys. 6 windows, irregular to fit the curved site, flush frames, no glazing bars. Band at eaves and between 1st and 2nd storeys. On ground floor mainly modern shop front, but one window with glazing bars and 6-field door. Includes Nos 1 to 3 Grape Lane with remains of a C19 shop front and a glazed late C19 advertisement panel. Included for group value.
Nos 11 to 17 (consec) form a group.
