Early C19, three storeys in ashlar. Five windows, double hung sashes with glazing bars, flat arches. Window over door has cornice on consoles. Shouldered architrave to central window on second floor under Neo-Greek consoled feature. Double band over ground floor, plain angle pilasters, cornice and blocking course. Greek Doric portico with back pilasters and plain semi-circular fanlight. Steps up. NMR.
Nos 12 to 27 (consec) and Walls to No 24 form a group.
