GV II

House. Mid C18; remodelled and extended C19. Coursed squared limestone; pantile roof; brick stacks. Centre stairhall plan, one room deep, extended to right; later outshut added. 2-storey, 4-window front. Raised milled quoins. Central 4-panel door under blocked rectangular fanlight. Two 12-pane sashes with stone sills to left of door, one to right. 4 similar first floor windows. Door and window openings to left have flat wedge lintels of vertical sets with keyblock. Openings to right have plain lintels. Cavetto-moulded eaves course. Coped gables anad shaped kneelers. End and right of centre stacks. Interior: closed-string staircase, with twined balusters, moulded handrail and square newel posts. Panelled reveals to all front windows, with window seats in first floor rooms. In first floor room to right cupboard with panelled door.
