Earlier C19 pair with symmetrical facade of five windows. Two storeys, basements and dormers. Hipped stone slate roof. Pebble dash facing; flush framed sash windows; ground floor end bays with segmental bowed windows with cornices. Architraved doorways with pediments, altered fanlights and doors.
Nos 7 to 9 (consec) form a group with Nos 9A,11, 12 and The Empress Hotel.
