SE 76 NW WELBURN VILLAGE STREET (south side) 5/124 Rosedale House
GV II House. Late C18; remodelled 1857 on datestone. Whitewashed to front, with herringbone-tooled quoins; sandstone rubble to sides and rear; slate roof and brick stacks. Central-staircase plan with rear service wings. 2- storey, 3-bay front. Centre 4-panel door beneath divided overlight in raised surround with keyblock carved as a head. 20-pane sashes in keyed raised surrounds to ground floor. Similar windows with triple keyblocks to first floor on either side of recessed date panel. Panel has a round-arched surround with imposts and keyblock carved as a head. Stepped eaves course. Coped gables and end stacks.
