SE 76 NW WELBURN VILLAGE STREET (south side) 5/127 Pitcairn
GV II House. Early C19. Dressed sandstone with pantile roof and brick stack. Central-entry plan. 2-storey, 2-window front. 4-panel door beneath divided overlight. 16-pane sashes with painted stone sills throughout. All openings have keyed flat arches. End right stack.
