SE 8574 RILLINGTON LOW MOORGATE (west side) 11/45 Park View and attached garage and outbuilding
II House and attached outbuilding and garage. 1757 carved in brick, with early C19 extension and C20 alteration and modernisation. Orange-red brick in English garden wall bond; weatherboarded porch; pantile roof. 2-storey, 2- window range to right with lower 2-storey, 3-window to left; single-storey range of outbuildings and garage further to left. Originally 2-cell, lobby- entry plan, extended later to left. C20 door within gabled porch to left of earlier range. 2 windows to end left of ground floor are C20 small-pane replacements. The remaining windows are 2-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sashes, that to left of door with segmental arch. Windows to right of door have painted timber lintels and a lozenge of black brick between them. The date is carved over the window to right of the door. Eaves course is stepped, with dentils to right range. End stacks to right range. Single-storey range not of special interest.
