II Barn, stables and shelter sheds. 1789 on datestone, with C19 and C20 alterations. Tooled sandstone on dressed sandstone plinth, with finely tooled dressings; slate roof. 9 bay barn with stables and shelter sheds to rear. 2-storey front with 6 openings to first floor. Full-height double board doors to centre beneath segmental arch. Buttresses to either side added later. Single board doors beneath segmental arches to centre left and right, and window openings to each end. Recessed circular date panel over centre door. Segment-arched first-floor openings with shutters. All openings have arches of finely tooled voussoirs. Hipped roof. Rear: 2 low storeys of 5 first-floor openings with taller end pavilions. Ground-floor openings to centre range are semicircular, now blocked by brick and stone walls containing windows with top-opening lights. Catslide roof to centre range with hipped roofs to end pavilions. Interior: barn roof of 9 king- post trusses. To rear, stabling with original partitions and mangers survives.
